Excellent wine store run by a very enthusiastic Englishman who really knows the French wine industry and as such is a trusted guide to the best value! Wines from just 3.50 so don't be intimidated, he's very friendly.avoid the large warehouses and come here instead, better value, more choice. Easy to find 20mins from Calais

In and around Pas de Calais there are various little wine merchants who still offer good wine if you're willing to look for them. This is one such merchant. The man knows his stuff, speaks English, and you can pick up a surprisingly good red for around £7 a bottle, and astonishing good ones for £15-20. With the extra fees importers are now obliged to pay and pass on you can find really good potable wines here for UK supermarket prices. Check your allowances and stock up.

Wide range of wines at all price levels starting from around 5 Euros. The low and mid priced wines are excellent value and you can claim back the VAT using the Skip Tax app. Recommended

Brilliant shop and very friendly staff. Very good prices and lots of information. And Tax back ( very easy at Calais)
A welcome stop after a long Journey on French motorways on a hot July weekend
Nice to have something to look forward after hours in the car and only 20 mins to ferry.
Next time we must find a local restaurant
